MASPRO Exchangeable Assemblies are engineered to reduce the time and complexity involved in high-downtime maintenance. By enabling complete assemblies to be changed out rather than rebuilding individual components on the machine, maintenance teams can return equipment to operation faster.
Designed around the equipment, maintenance environment and operating requirements, exchangeable assemblies can also reduce labour-intensive intervention and improve serviceability without treating maintainability as an afterthought.
HOW EXCHANGEABLE ASSEMBLIES WORK
A simpler approach to maintenance
Exchangeable Assemblies separate equipment change-out from the refurbishment process. Instead of completing the full rebuild on the machine, a ready-to-install assembly can be exchanged and the removed assembly refurbished separately — helping reduce maintenance downtime and return equipment to operation sooner.
Remove & Replace
The worn assembly is removed and replaced with a ready-to-install exchangeable assembly, reducing the maintenance intervention required on the machine and helping return equipment to operation sooner.
Refurbish
The removed assembly is inspected and assessed before being repaired, refurbished and prepared for future service under controlled workshop conditions.
Ready for the Next Exchange
Once refurbishment and required checks are complete, the assembly returns to the exchange program, ready to support future maintenance requirements and reduce the need for extended on-machine rebuilds.
