FROM CONDOBOLIN TO MINING OPERATIONS AROUND THE WORLD
Established in Condobolin in 2006, MASPRO is an Australian family-owned engineering and manufacturing business built on generations of practical experience.
What began with manufacturing replacement components for mining equipment has evolved into a global business combining engineering, advanced manufacturing and real-world mining knowledge to improve equipment reliability across hard rock mining operations.
Today, MASPRO works alongside mining operations to understand how equipment performs in real operating conditions, engineer improvements where evidence supports change, and deliver proven solutions across components, equipment and fleets.

MASPRO has always been grounded in practical engineering and manufacturing. From our beginnings in regional Australia, we invested in the people, technology and capability needed to manufacture components for demanding mining environments.
That hands-on foundation continues to shape how we understand equipment, solve problems and develop engineering solutions today.
As MASPRO has grown, so has our understanding of what drives reliability in mining equipment. Our focus has expanded beyond manufacturing replacement components to understanding performance in context, identifying opportunities for improvement and engineering solutions around real operating conditions.
Today, MASPRO combines engineering, manufacturing and field experience to support hard rock mining operations in Australia and around the world—while continuing to engineer and manufacture from our Australian roots.

MASPRO has evolved considerably since 2006, but the principles behind the business remain consistent: understand the operating challenge, engineer with purpose and use evidence to determine where performance can be improved.
Engineering is at the heart of how we think. We look beyond the component to understand how equipment operates as a system, how failures develop and where evidence supports an opportunity for improvement.
Our engineering is backed by in-house manufacturing capability, giving MASPRO greater control over how engineered solutions move from design into production and supporting consistent, repeatable outcomes at scale.
Real operating conditions matter. Field experience and performance evidence help us understand how components interact with equipment and operating environments, identify recurring challenges and determine where improvement is justified.
