While studying mechanical engineering, Samrat joined MASPRO to gain practical, hands-on experience. Starting as a machinist gave him a deeper understanding of how components are manufactured before progressing into a Mechanical Engineer role.

One of his biggest opportunities came when MASPRO introduced robotic welding. With no previous experience in robotic programming or 3D design, Samrat worked alongside experienced welders and the production team, combining their practical knowledge with what he was learning to develop real-world engineering solutions. Seeing the first components successfully produced from his designs gave him the confidence to back his ideas and continue developing as an engineer.
