Over the past five years, Linda McCarten has grown alongside MASPRO, taking on new challenges and recently stepping into an acting Team Leader role.
As Logistics & Warehouse Coordinator, Linda plays a key role in keeping parts moving to customers across Australia and around the world. From coordinating freight and preparing shipments to supporting day-to-day warehouse operations, she helps ensure every order reaches its destination accurately and on time.
For Linda, the opportunity to grow has come from being willing to learn, take on new responsibilities, and work alongside a supportive team.
"We've got a fantastic team here. We're supportive of each other, we have a laugh together, and if you're willing to get in and have a go, you'll fit in anywhere." - Linda McCarten , Logistics & Warehouse Coordinator
