For second-year Mechanical Engineering Apprentice Jack Templeman, every day brings the chance to learn something new.
Whether it’s setting up a CNC machine from scratch or working across a wide variety of jobs, the hands-on experience has helped him build both his skills and confidence as he works towards completing his apprenticeship.
But it’s not just the work that’s made an impact.
For Jack, it’s that combination of learning, support, and real-world experience that’s helping him build a career for the future.
"One of the things I've enjoyed most about my apprenticeship is being part of a team that's always willing to help. Everyone is willing to get in and give a hand, and it's one of the best places to be while I'm learning." - Jack Templeman , Mechanical Engineering Apprentice
