Celebrating 20 years
For two decades, MASPRO has grown through engineering capability, manufacturing excellence and a commitment to solving real challenges in some of mining’s toughest operating environments.
What began in Condobolin in 2006 has evolved into an Australian manufacturing business supporting mining operations across Australia and international markets.
As we mark 20 years, we celebrate the people, customers and partnerships that have shaped MASPRO — while looking ahead with the same mindset that started it all: question what can be improved, engineer with purpose, and continue redefining reliability.
Our Legacy
Our history
1980s
MASPRO WIRE founded
MASPRO begins with hands-on manufacturing expertise and a practical production mindset that would shape its engineering future.
1992
Condobolin, New South Wales
The move to regional New South Wales enabled expansion, increased manufacturing capacity and long-term operational growth.
2005
Entry into mining-critical applications
Deckross Mining becomes an early customer, marking MASPRO’s entry into mining-critical component supply.
2006
MASPRO starts here
MASPRO Engineering was formally established, and the first CNC lathe was installed, marking the transition from manual machining to precision, programmable manufacturing.
2007
Approved OEM supplier
Formal recognition as an OEM-aligned supplier reinforced MASPRO’s credibility and compliance standing within the mining equipment ecosystem.
2009
Investment in Carl Zeiss Contura G2 CMM
Advanced metrology capability strengthened quality assurance processes, improving measurement precision and reinforced MASPRO’s engineering discipline.
2016
Perth expansion, Western Australia
The Perth Distribution Centre strengthens customer support, reduces lead times and expands MASPRO’s national footprint.
2018
Mount Isa, Queensland
MASPRO expanded its footprint into Queensland with the opening of a Mt Isa distribution centre, improving proximity to site and reducing lead times for mining operations across the region.
2020
Scaling capacity
The sixteenth CNC wasn’t about volume – it was about resilience. Redundant capacity, parallel production paths, and the ability to absorb demand without promising delivery.
2021
National growth
2,314m2 of new manufacturing space at Condobolin and a new Sydney distribution and manufacturing site – MASPRO’s footprint stretched east-coast wide, with a refreshed logo to match the scale.
2022
Automation begins
Patrick- an Agile Flex 25D CNC loader – became our first robotic cell and the start of a deliberate investment in automation. Higher throughput, lower risk, and skilled operators freed for the work that actually needs them.
2023
Automation scaled
Bertha brought robotic welding to the floor, improving weld consistency, increasing efficiency, and strengthening quality control in fabrication.
2024
Closer to the work
The Perth Customer Hub puts us inside our WA’s clients’ operating rhythm – closer support, faster decisions, and a service model build around being present, not just available.
2025
Discipline at scale
100 employees, ISO9001 and AS/NZS ISO 3834.2 certifications. The quality systems, welding compliance, and manufacturing discipline that national scale demands – formally validated, not just claimed.
2026
Twenty years. Redefining reliability.
Over two decades, MASPRO has evolved into a reliability partner supporting uptime across Australia and APAC. The refreshed brand reflects a more mature business build around performance, engineering discipline and long-term customer value
