Privacy Policy

MASPRO (we, us, our) is committed to protecting your personal information. This policy explains what we collect through this website, how we use it and who we share it with, in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.

What we collect

We only collect personal information you choose to give us, along with limited technical data collected automatically:

  • Contact enquiries — your name, email address, company, country and state, and your message.
  • Quote requests — the details above plus the products and quantities you request a quote for.
  • Gated downloads — the details above plus your job title and phone number, and a record of which resources you download.
  • Technical data — your IP address is recorded when you submit a form, and analytics cookies collect information about how you use the site (pages visited, device and browser type, approximate location).

How we use it

We use your information to:

  • respond to your enquiries and prepare quotes;
  • provide the resources you request to download;
  • keep a record of our dealings with you in our customer relationship management (CRM) system;
  • send you relevant updates and marketing about our products and services; and
  • understand how the website is used so we can improve it.

Direct marketing

If you contact us, request a quote or download a resource, we may send you marketing communications about products and services we think are relevant, including communications tailored to the resources you have downloaded. You can opt out at any time using the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or by contacting us at the address below.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that run parts of this website on our behalf:

  • HubSpot — our CRM and marketing platform. Form submissions (enquiries, quote requests and downloads) are synced to HubSpot so we can respond to and keep a record of them. HubSpot stores data on servers located overseas, including in the United States.
  • Google (Analytics and Tag Manager) — website usage analytics. Google may process this data on servers located overseas.
  • Cloudflare (Turnstile) — protects our forms from spam and automated abuse. Pages on this site load a script from Cloudflare, and when you open or use a form, information about your browser and device, and your IP address, is sent to Cloudflare to confirm the form is being used by a person. Cloudflare may process this data on servers located overseas, including in the United States.
  • Mapbox — powers the interactive map on our locations page. When the map loads, your IP address is sent to Mapbox, which operates from the United States.

We may also disclose personal information where required by law.

Cookies and browser storage

We use Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, which set cookies to distinguish visitors and measure how the site is used. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings; the site will still work without them.

The site also uses your browser's local storage for convenience features — remembering the items in your quote request and pre-filling the download form with details you have previously entered. This information stays on your device and is only sent to us when you submit a form.

Storage and security

Form submissions are stored in our website database and in HubSpot. We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, interference, loss and unauthorised access, modification or disclosure, and we retain it only for as long as we need it for the purposes described above or as required by law.

Access and correction

You may request access to the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by contacting us using the details below. We will respond within a reasonable period.

Complaints

If you believe we have mishandled your personal information, please contact us first and we will investigate and respond. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au or on 1300 363 992.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version will always be published on this page, with the date of the last update shown above.
