The opportunity

MASPRO is looking for a technically confident Digital Marketing Specialist to take ownership of the digital infrastructure supporting our next phase of growth based at our Kewdale office in Perth.

This is not a broad marketing coordinator role.

You’ll work hands-on across HubSpot, WordPress, SEO, AEO, GA4, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, marketing automation and AI-enabled digital workflows.

You’ll report directly to our Marketing Director and have the autonomy to identify opportunities, recommend improvements and implement them.

Importantly, this role has been designed with the future in mind.

AI is changing search, marketing automation and how customers discover businesses — and we expect this position to evolve with it.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll take ownership across:

• SEO, AEO and AI-assisted search visibility

• HubSpot marketing automation, workflows and segmentation

• WordPress website management and optimisation

• GA4, Search Console and Google Tag Manager

• Website conversion and customer journeys

• CRM lead management and digital integrations

• Google Ads and paid search optimisation

• Digital analytics, attribution, dashboards and reporting

• AI agents, assistants and automated marketing workflows

• Competitor, keyword and search-intent analysis

• Continuous improvement of MASPRO’s digital ecosystem

What we’re looking for

You’ll already have strong hands-on digital marketing experience, a keen eye for detail and be comfortable working directly inside the platforms.

In particular, we’re looking for practical capability across:

HubSpot | WordPress | SEO | AEO/AI Search | GA4 | Google Search Console | Google Tag Manager | Google Ads | Marketing Automation

You’ll be analytical, technically curious and able to move comfortably between identifying an issue, understanding the data and implementing a practical solution.

You don’t need to be a developer — but you should know enough to solve many digital problems yourself and recognise when specialist technical support is required.

B2B experience is advantageous but not essential. Likewise, experience within mining, METS, engineering, manufacturing or another technical environment would be valuable, but we’re open to strong digital specialists from other industries.

About the role

MASPRO is looking for a highly organised and experienced customer-focused Sales Support & Customer Service Coordinator to join our well established Sales team based in Kewdale, WA. This is a hands on role at the centre of day-to-day sales operations. You will help ensure customer enquiries, quotations, orders, delivery updates and sales administration are managed accurately, efficiently and professionally. Working closely with the Sales team as well as Warehousing, Inventory, Production and other internal stakeholders, you will play an important role in keeping information flowing, customers informed and orders progressing from enquiry through to delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Process customer enquiries, quotations and sales orders accurately and efficiently
• Manage and monitor the shared Sales inbox, ensuring customer requests and outstanding actions are followed up
• Coordinate customer orders from receipt through to dispatch
• Provide customers with accurate updates regarding ETAs, order status, delivery timeframes and product availability
• Assist with returns, warranties, RMAs, replacement orders and other customer requests
• Maintain accurate customer, pricing, order and sales information within company systems
• Prepare invoices and associated sales documentation as required
• Liaise with Sales, Warehousing, Inventory, Production and Logistics to resolve issues and meet customer commitments
• Monitor backorders, freight requirements and shipment issues
• Prepare regular weekly and monthly sales reports and assist with forecasting activities

About you

• Previous experience in sales administration, customer service, order processing or a similar coordination role
• Strong data entry skills with excellent accuracy and attention to detail
• Confidence dealing directly with customers by phone and email
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• The ability to organise your workload, manage competing priorities and follow actions through to completion
• A proactive approach to resolving customer and operational issues
• Experience preparing or collating reports and working confidently with data
• Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and Outlook
• Experience using an ERP and/or CRM system – M1 highly beneficial as well as Hubspot will be highly regarded.
• Experience working with processes and identifying ways they can be improved

We don’t just manufacture parts; we engineer reliability. As a Production Assistant, you’ll be at the heart of our production team, helping to keep operations running smoothly. Whether it’s preparing materials for spray painting, packaging finished products, or ensuring the workshop is clean and organised, your work will directly support the team in meeting deadlines and maintaining our reputation for quality.

Here’s how you’ll do it

• Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organised workshop, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly stored.
• Package and label finished products securely, ready for dispatch.
• Assist with spray painting preparation, ensuring materials are ready and non-paint areas are masked.
• Handle and move materials safely within the workshop, supporting tradespeople as required.
• Perform cycle counting and stock checks, ensuring packaging materials are readily available.
• Operate basic hand and power tools under supervision to assist in workshop tasks.

This is what you’ll need to do it

• A forklift license or willingness to obtain it is required.
• Experience in a workshop, manufacturing, or trade environment is highly regarded.
• Physically fit, capable of safely performing two-person lifts of 50-60 kg.
• Ability to follow instructions, work efficiently, and support tradespeople.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality and safety.
• Basic mechanical knowledge, including experience with hand and power tools.
• Understand safe manual handling and stock control processes.
