About the Job
- Provide sales administration support to the Key Account Manager; entering sales information, invoicing, sales orders, quoting, reporting, and customer information as required.
- Provide customer service to customers; answering telephones, emails, enquiries and follow ups, product information, delivery and sales information, and feedback.
- Entering and processing sales and customer information in the ERP (M1 sales system); invoicing credits, returns, backorders, deliveries, and customer prospect information.

- Develop and maintain an in-depth knowledge of underground mining mobile equipment, products, features and specifications. Understand competitor, industry trends and emerging technologies.

This role combines a demonstration of sales strength through a highly connected set of networks and relationships, a proven track record in the achievement of sales, and the ability to qualify and develop business sales opportunities.

- Achieve sales against targets, using key relationships and established networks in the industry. Be a trusted advisor and ambassador for MASPRO’s products.
- Hunt, qualify opportunities, bundle and maximise revenues and connect with Key Account Managers to close sales deals.
- Attend networking events and hosting stands at exhibitions and conferences.
- Research prospects, cold calling potential customers and responding to incoming leads to increase your client base.
