About the role
Join our professional and dedicated sales team, as the Account Manager managing a defined and ready portfolio of MASPRO‘s mining clients. This role will be responsible for delivering both revenue growth and service excellence. You will have ownership of allocated accounts, with responsibility for meeting commercial targets and delivering high service levels.
In this role regular travel to mine sites across Australia will be required to best support relationship management and field service needs.
Here’s how you’ll do that:
Account Management
- Manage and develop a portfolio of mid-tier and growth clients including contractors, mine operators and rebuild workshops.

About the role
The CNC (Computer Numerical Control) Programmer will prepare machine tool programs for all MASPRO’s CNC machines. This position may also serve as a member of cross functional teams to improve the manufacturability of products and performs other duties as assigned. This position will require continuous development of new manufacturing and CNC programming skills and will work closely with both production and quality assurance at MASPRO.
Here’s how you’ll do that:
- The CNC Programmer will read the blueprint designs of the product to be manufactured by MASPRO and then assist with the setup of all machines to produce the components with consistency. This will require familiarity with computer aided design (CAD) software.
- The CNC Programmer will write the formulas necessary to program mills and lathes using computer-aided manufacturing (CAM) software. It involves entering tool registries, start and end points, offsets and conditional switches.
- Create, administer and monitor machine set up sheets for process improvement and sustainability.
- Create (and monitor) an inventory of all machine tools and jigs used by MASPRO.
- Test new tooling products to ensure MASPRO is at the forefront of new machining technology.
- The CNC Programmer will make sure that all CNC machines stay in top operating shape. The position will create and implement routine maintenance checklists, also performing basic troubleshooting when a machine malfunctions.
- Set the program for all machines operating with the automated loader (robotic process).
- The CNC Programmer will check each machine before production to make sure the positioning of drills, mills, and lathes are perfectly aligned with the correct tools for the job.
This is what you’ll need to do it:
- +4 years professional experience preferred (with trade level qualifications) in the use of CNC machines and tool selection for proper use in CNC machines.
- Advanced CNC programming skills.
- Advanced knowledge of MasterCam.
- Outstanding planning, time management and organisational skills.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Exceptional communication and mentoring skills with the ability to work constructively across different sectors of the MASPRO business.
