About the role:

The Director of Marketing plays a pivotal role in shaping MASPRO’s positioning in the global mining market, attracting the right customers, and enabling our sales team to succeed with clarity, focus, and purpose.

As we scale, this role becomes even more critical. It assists us in preventing margin erosion by helping define what we sell, who we sell it to, and how we go to market. By bringing together brand strategy, content, digital marketing, and customer insights, the Director of Marketing will elevate our market presence, differentiate us from OEM competitors, and ensure we continue to grow with intent and impact.

Here’s how you’ll do that:

• Lead, develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that supports MASPRO’s overall business objectives, growth targets, and brand vision.
• Position MASPRO as the supplier of choice for the global mining sector through impactful brand campaigns, digital marketing, and thought leadership.
• Leverage mining industry insights, customer feedback, and competitor research to shape messaging, product positioning, and go-to-market strategies.
• Lead the development and execution of an international marketing strategy to support our global growth. Assess international market potential, target customer segments, and develop entry strategies, and oversee the implementation of selected approaches, such as direct and indirect exports, joint ventures, or product licensing, to enhance global presence and competitiveness.
• Build and lead the marketing team to ensure a high-performance, creative, and collaborative culture.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Engineering, Operations and People & Culture to align marketing campaigns with business needs.

This is what you’ll need to do it:

• Demonstrated success in building and executing integrated marketing strategies that drive growth and market positioning.
• Experience managing teams, agencies, and budgets.
• Experience working in or with technical product-based companies preferred.
• At least 8 years of experience in a senior B2B marketing role, preferably within mining, manufacturing, or industrial sectors.
• Degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
• Excellent team management skills, leads with integrity and humility.

Working in a fast-paced production environment, you’ll be responsible for surface preparation, paint application, and quality control, helping us maintain our reputation for excellence.

Here’s how you’ll do it

• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, masking, and priming for proper paint adhesion
• Apply high-quality paint and protective coatings using spray-painting equipment
• Conduct quality checks to ensure all coatings meet MASPRO’s strict standards
• Maintain and clean spray-painting equipment for optimal performance
• Follow safety protocols and environmental regulations for paint handling and disposal

This is what you’ll need to do it

• Experience as a spray painter in manufacturing, automotive, construction, or industrial settings
• Knowledge of spray booths, compressors, and paint application techniques
• Familiarity with PPE, hazardous materials handling, and environmental safety practices
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Ability to work efficiently in a production environment and meet deadlines

Whether it’s preparing materials for spray painting, packaging finished products, or ensuring the workshop is clean and organised, your work will directly support the team in meeting deadlines and maintaining our reputation for quality.

Here’s how you’ll do it

• Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organised workshop, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly stored.
• Package and label finished products securely, ready for dispatch.
• Assist with spray painting preparation, ensuring materials are ready and non-paint areas are masked.
• Handle and move materials safely within the workshop, supporting tradespeople as required.
• Perform cycle counting and stock checks, ensuring packaging materials are readily available.
• Operate basic hand and power tools under supervision to assist in workshop tasks.

This is what you’ll need to do it

• A forklift license or willingness to obtain it is required.
• Experience in a workshop, manufacturing, or trade environment is highly regarded.
• Physically fit, capable of safely performing two-person lifts of 50-60 kg.
• Ability to follow instructions, work efficiently, and support tradespeople.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality and safety.
• Basic mechanical knowledge, including experience with hand and power tools.
• Understand safe manual handling and stock control processes.

We are currently seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead our warehouse operations at our Perth facility in Kewdale. This is an exciting opportunity and may suit either a warehouse supervisor looking to move to a Warehouse Manager role or current Warehouse Manager who enjoys having variety in their work. In this role you will take ownership of inventory management, stock accuracy, dispatch operations, and team leadership of 3 direct reports. This role is perfect for an experienced warehouse leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and strongly focuses on operational excellence.
