Join our professional and highly regarded sales team, as the Associate Account Manager.

This is a hands on role that combines learning and responsibility, giving you the opportunity to grow into a confident Account Manager in the underground mining sector.

This position is ideal for an emerging sales and customer focused professional with approximately 1 to 2 years’ experience who is ready to progress into managing their own portfolio while continuing to develop both commercial and client facing capability. You will be supported by the category lead who will provide development and guidance to build confidence in account management, strengthen your technical understanding of underground mining and develop your capability to influence commercial outcomes.

You will have ownership of allocated accounts, with responsibility for meeting commercial targets and delivering high service levels.

Due to the nature of this role regular travel to mine sites across Australia will be required to best support relationship management and field service needs.

Here’s how you’ll do that:

Account Management

• Manage a defined group of developing accounts including contractors, workshops, and mid-tier operators.

• Conduct independent client meetings, site visits, and follow-ups.

• Build ongoing relationships with stakeholders in supply chain, maintenance, and asset management.

• Prepare account plans, visit reports, and performance summaries with support from the Category Lead.

Business Growth & Strategy

• Conduct basic market research to identify potential opportunities.

• Assist in updating sales materials, client profiles, and relevant documentation.

• Support the team during conferences, expos, and client events.

Client Engagement & Travel

• Conduct independent site visits as required, with the ability to represent Maspro professionally and confidently.

• Gather product performance data, operational feedback, and identify opportunities for improvement or upsell.

• Help resolve client queries and escalate issues appropriately.

Commercial Responsibilities

• Achieve allocated revenue and margin targets for assigned accounts.

• Identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

• Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM records.

Service Delivery

• Provide timely responses to client enquiries and internal requests.

• Monitor order status and support communication between clients and internal teams.

• Support the Category Lead with preparation of account reviews and reporting.

Collaboration

• Coordinate with engineering, supply chain, warehouse, and finance teams to meet client needs.

• Provide feedback from clients and site visits to support continuous improvement.

This is what you’ll need to do it:

• Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in sales and/or providing service excellence within mining, manufacturing or engineering sector (preferred)

• Excellent communication skills.

• A listener first, with a client focused mindset.

• Ability to build rapport and work collaboratively.

• Desire to develop and grow into an Account Manager.

• Willingness to travel and gain site exposure.

• Good organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.

• Basic understanding or interest in mining operations.

About the role

The CNC (Computer Numerical Control) Programmer will prepare machine tool programs for all MASPRO’s CNC machines. This position may also serve as a member of cross functional teams to improve the manufacturability of products and performs other duties as assigned. This position will require continuous development of new manufacturing and CNC programming skills and will work closely with both production and quality assurance at MASPRO.

Here’s how you’ll do that:

• The CNC Programmer will read the blueprint designs of the product to be manufactured by MASPRO and then assist with the setup of all machines to produce the components with consistency. This will require familiarity with computer aided design (CAD) software.
• The CNC Programmer will write the formulas necessary to program mills and lathes using computer-aided manufacturing (CAM) software. It involves entering tool registries, start and end points, offsets and conditional switches.
• Create, administer and monitor machine set up sheets for process improvement and sustainability.
• Create (and monitor) an inventory of all machine tools and jigs used by MASPRO.
• Test new tooling products to ensure MASPRO is at the forefront of new machining technology.
• The CNC Programmer will make sure that all CNC machines stay in top operating shape. The position will create and implement routine maintenance checklists, also performing basic troubleshooting when a machine malfunctions.
• Set the program for all machines operating with the automated loader (robotic process).
• The CNC Programmer will check each machine before production to make sure the positioning of drills, mills, and lathes are perfectly aligned with the correct tools for the job.

This is what you’ll need to do it:

• +4 years professional experience preferred (with trade level qualifications) in the use of CNC machines and tool selection for proper use in CNC machines.
• Advanced CNC programming skills.
• Advanced knowledge of MasterCam.
• Outstanding planning, time management and organisational skills.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Exceptional communication and mentoring skills with the ability to work constructively across different sectors of the MASPRO business.
• Flexibility in work hours and travel will be required in this role. This will include 1 week per month based at our Condobolin, NSW site.

We don’t just manufacture parts; we engineer reliability. As a Production Assistant, you’ll be at the heart of our production team, helping to keep operations running smoothly. Whether it’s preparing materials for spray painting, packaging finished products, or ensuring the workshop is clean and organised, your work will directly support the team in meeting deadlines and maintaining our reputation for quality.

Here’s how you’ll do it

• Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organised workshop, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly stored.
• Package and label finished products securely, ready for dispatch.
• Assist with spray painting preparation, ensuring materials are ready and non-paint areas are masked.
• Handle and move materials safely within the workshop, supporting tradespeople as required.
• Perform cycle counting and stock checks, ensuring packaging materials are readily available.
• Operate basic hand and power tools under supervision to assist in workshop tasks.

This is what you’ll need to do it

• A forklift license or willingness to obtain it is required.
• Experience in a workshop, manufacturing, or trade environment is highly regarded.
• Physically fit, capable of safely performing two-person lifts of 50-60 kg.
• Ability to follow instructions, work efficiently, and support tradespeople.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality and safety.
• Basic mechanical knowledge, including experience with hand and power tools.
• Understand safe manual handling and stock control processes.
